Justin Smith is the Director of Estimating Services for The Hine Group, a developer of fine commercial, residential and mixed-use projects on the East Coast. Justin is responsible for The Hine Group?s estimating and purchasing business functions.

Background
Justin has worked in the building trades for fourteen years beginning in 1994 as an Assistant Store Manager at Lowe?s. He later spent six years as the Commercial Sales Manager/Specialist at Lowe?s overseeing a commercial sales department producing over $8 million annually. In this position, Justin worked closely with contractors to estimate and sell building materials for residential and commercial projects. Justin brings a level of detailed knowledge of a wide range of building products and technologies to both The Hine Group and its clients.

Education
Justin studied Environmental Science at Ferrum College and Bridgewater College.

Personal
Justin has lived in the Shenandoah Valley for over twenty years. He currently lives in McGaheysville with his wife, JoAnna, and their two sons, Tyler and Logan.
