David Leve serves as General Counsel for The Hine Group, a developer of fine commercial, residential and mixed-use projects on the East coast.

BACKGROUND
David began his legal career in private practice in the Real Estate Department of the law firm of Nixon Peabody LLP in Rochester, New York. David has served as The Hine Group?s in-house counsel since 2003.

EDUCATION
David is licensed to practice law in New York. He holds a bachelor of arts degree in judaic studies from Yale University, and the degrees of juris doctor and master of business administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
