The Hine Group has several communities currently under construction. Choose the community that you are interested in to learn about the housing types available at a particular locations.

2. Choose your home type
Many communities offer single-family homes, villas, townhomes and condominiums. Select which home type best suits your needs to move forward with customizing your future residence.

3. Meet with a designer or architect
Many customers of The Hine Group choose to work with one of our pre-approved architects to design a home that is uniquely their own. However, The Hine Group has developed an extensive library of home designs, and you may also choose to customize one of our existing plans with a residential designer.

4. Choose the perfect finishes
Once you've chosen and designed your home, you have the opportunity to select from millions of finish options (literally) to ensure that your home's style matches your taste.

5. Enjoy true custom living
